Ralf's new retail bakery to open for business October 7th, 2008, in the Depot Market Square, 207 E. Maple St. Opening hours are:
Tuesdays - Fridays 10 am - 5 pm
Saturdays 10 am - 3 pm
Our new bakery is located on the south side (the sunny side) of the Depot Market Square, across from Boundary Bay Brewery. We'll be open during the week as well as on Saturdays for the Bellingham Farmers Market. In addition to our Bavarian breads and sandwiches, we will be baking a handful of southern German pastries. We will also offer espresso and homemade chai.

Ralf's Bavarian Pretzels are on the menu. Also, try Boundary Bay's great tasting burgers on Ralf's Pretzel Burger Buns. All are fantastic with Boundary Bay's award winning beer. Located across from the Market Depot Square on Railroad Avenue near E. Maple Street
Business Meetings and Events
We deliver freshly baked Bavarian Pretzel Baskets and Sandwiches to businesses within the Bellingham city limits. Choose from Chocolate-Hazelnut Sticks, Genoa Salami Sandwiches and Black Forest Ham with Swiss Cheese Sandwiches, Cheese Sticks or Pretzel Sticks with European Butter. Weekly Business Delivery Service
Beginning mid-October, we will once again be delivering sandwiches, pretzels and pastries to downtown businesses. If you haven't heard of this service before, here is how it works: First, let us know you would like to be on our delivery list. On a pre-arranged day once a week between 10 am and noon, we stop by with a basket of our baked goods and sandwiches. You simply look in our basket and decide if you would like something on that day.
